Goods will be delivered within Australia (all states) using Australia Post and will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on the location but it will usually take up to 1 week. For international delivery, please contact us to get a quote prior to ordering the products.

Returns & Exchange Policy: Koutchi artisans are talented and experienced and have been hand making Moroccan goods for many generations and the chance of having faulty goods is very low. My brother is based in Morocco and we pay extra attention to the quality we are bringing you and we would love you to enjoy and love the items as much as we do. Regarding rugs, once you receive them and within one week you are still not satisfied with the quality, we will happily reimburse you. Please note that we do not offer exchange or refund upon change of mind. However, if the products are deemed faulty, you can choose between a refund, or an exchange (if the item is still available). Please note that our products are handcrafted and therefore expect some small variations and imperfections in finish. We do not consider this faulty and refund will not be done on this basis. The items must be returned within 15 days from the date received. The items must be in its unused original form accompanied by the receipt for proof of purchase.
